Just try and know that there is an end in sight. Just keep fighting through it, you are almost there! Try and do something fun with your kids this weekend to cheer you up maybe? It will make the time go faster.
I really hope it gets better for you.

Sounds like you are living for other people... I've done that, and trust me, it doesn't work.

You can keep going, find some hope.

It is entirely likely you will make it till then. Try to make mental notes on this time from Friday night to your appointment on Tuesday. Afterwards ask yourself, "How did I actually make it through those days?"

My only practical suggestions for this weekend are to
  • relax as much as possible,
  • deliberately slow down,
  • pursue necessary activities more slowly than you would normally (avoid rushing; refrain from imposing on yourself artificial time constraints and efficiency),
  • delegate tasks to others if possible.
One step at a time...
