not long left now before we have to go court ,our case is being held at 10.30 , but the man whos came tonight to talk through with us about tomorrow advises us to be there early 9.45 well that should be the easy part,
the man works for the mental health team and hes going so he can be of support to my husband so i only have to worry about myself not that i wont worry about him i allways will but having someone there will make it a bit easier , got to explain to the judge why we cant keep up paymeants and have no option but let the morgage company reposes and he then says we have 28 days before the morgage company can go back for the balifes date then that date is the date we have to be out , this is leading to early part of april , once we have a date the housing ppl will put our banding up and we will be able to bid for the houses that fit our needs , and will be given some priorty, moving will then ease one of the presures we have with the eldest daughter , we have easter in april so hopefully we wont get caught up in the bank holidays , just got to find the money for a self drive van and flooring, i didnt get help with a washing machine from social services so im still going to the laundrette costing me around £2.20 a load to wash severl a week as well as taking some work, social services make me laugh they wont help me but some one who vandalised there flat by taking all the doors of and having to replace them they payed for all this makes youi laugh

Good luck with everything tomorrow Katheryn. Going to court is never without stress, even when you know pretty much the procedure that's going to take place.
I sympathise with the laundry issue. My washer works, but not my dryer, so I either have to hang clothes that end up crunchy, or drag them wet and heavy to the laundromat to dry. At least drying is cheaper than washing. I don't think I'll ever understand government office policies either. ![]()

all done , well we could of have longer but we asked for 28 days so it will be over and done with quicker and the housing will get pushed to rehouse us , the judge was nice and there solictor,
hubby found the waiting hard then we were only in there for a few minutes we can ask for more time if we need it, we dont want to drag this out to long , also did the school thing that was as i expected son was aiming to high above his capanle limits form tutor pointed him in the right direction
