I have so an negative agitation, then I go to overeat (compulsive eating), then the agitation is gone but I am feeling worse also appears iritability, rage and more depression, in the same time alltrough I know that the overeating is not good, I have no motivation to say no, what is this ? Also who give me the negative agitation so that I go eat ? Anxiety or depression ?
For 2 years I felt joy when I ate healty, I had motivation to say no to a big meal, now not !
And why appears deppresion and rage and iritability after the tasty meal ?!
Has no sense, also I am so agitated and I can`t stay so because nothing can take me agitation, but.....when I eat is no good too, I don`t understand what is happening.

Only a professional can diagnose you. You might have both anxiety and depression, or you may be suffering from another illness that presents both anxiety and depressive symptoms. Do you have access to a doctor?

I was to a doctor from 7 months, and no chance, I took Cipralex 2 months, then Cymbalta 2,5 months, Valdoxan, Cymbalta was good for Anxiety-iritability-agitation but no effect for Depression, I was very peacefull but very sad, I had severe Anhedonia, I was incapable to fell joy, nothing could make me happy, also no AD had effect for Depression.
I don`t know what is happening, for 3 years I am so, I took Clonazepam 4 years for Anxiety until last year, i heared that benzodiazepines can give depression, but is too bad.
I want comite suicide, I am black all day (. No emotions, nothing, no hope, all the docs say "aaa, nobody knows what is happening in your brain, is hard to say".
I didn`t know that depression is so black and take my life and all.

I know the feeling of not feeling, Costy. the doctor you're referring to, is that a general doctor? if so, I'd suggest going to someone who specializes in psychiatric meds. if you were talking about a psychiatrist, can you find a new psychiatrist or new psychiatric nurse? sounds like you could use possibly a combination of meds. hang in there--you're not alone!

Costy, if you need to talk to someone close by, you may be able to find a local help line through this:
