I think I may need a little more treatment. I just don't know where to ask for help. My parents will freak out and we are kind of in a financial rough spot. I don't think I really want a private T anyway. I kind of think I would do better in like a youth group or something. I have researched into this and haven't found anything. In the past week I feel like I have gotten closer and closer to rock bottom. I really would like some help and I welcome all suggestions....thanx

What helps me more than anything is to be active, even though I don't want to do anything but sit alone. I suggest checking out Meetup.org, a nationwide program of groups with similar interests. You'll find hiking, reading and special interest groups (history, science, singles, politics, etc.) who meet regularly. It's free and the best way to get out of yourself.

Does your family have insurance so you can see a doctor? There are social services for people who can't afford doctors on their own. I also suggest checking these things out.
Thanks for this!
