Hie.I am new here. I have just finished having treatment for depression. I am feeling better now,and I am here to offer support and try to maintain the results.your help and support will be much appreciated

![]() I've been here for awhile. I've been depressed since childhood (I just turned 63!!) and I've been in and out of therapy all my adult life. I've been taking an anti-depressant for many years -- and thankfully it works very well. Without it, I'm in the pits of hell. ![]() I'm glad you're feeling better! This is a good place to let out your frustrations and to just plain vent. There is always someone here to listen. ![]() Again, welcome and I'm glad you're here! Hugs, Lee |

Welcome! I'm new here too but I can't say my depression is getting better. It's fine and comforting to hear that it's still possible.

![]() I hope that things continue to improve for you. I always try my best to be there for others ~ those who are and aren't struggling. I believe that we always need some support from others. Thank u everyone..by 'feeling better' I mean that um experiencing more highs than the depression lows.you know there are good days and bad days and today was just one bad day..I feel so low.I feel like um such a loser.I hate my life.I hate my job,I hate myself for failing to cope anxiety issues and depression,so much that I had to drop uni this semester because I cldnt take it any more..I just wish I didn't exist.I HATE FEELING THIS WAY!

Welcome!! I'm relatively new here in the sense that I haven't posted often, but trying to be here more, both to give and get support. My experience here has been positive and there are lots of people who are happy to listen, be supportive, offer new ideas, etc. glad you're here
