Today is just one of those days that I am feeling so low.there's realy nthing that I can say got me feeling like this.I just feel like dying or just disappering.I don't evn have e energy to do anything at work except crying..I feel like um a looser but I don't have a reason why I am feeling like this.my 'T' told me that I was getting better and took me off the meds.it was ok because I was feeling better.all of a sudden,i feel like um back to where I startd.I do not want to regress back to that dark, gloomy, defeated feeling..I hate being depressed...what did I do wrong to feel this way,I just want to be happy, that's all.

I pften feel the way you do, and what i recomend is listening to some jason mraz or happy music and think of all you have in your life that is good. Because you will never get another life, so try and make the best out of it while you can. HUgs <3
