Depressed and Frustrated

Do you ever want to give up when people aren't supporting you at other sites, especially your own? That's what I'm dealing with right now. The whole thing is frustrating me and I just feel so darn depressed on top of it all. Not a good combo if ya ask me.

Like I always try to at least say something to every post, but lately if I've been the one struggling, I don't even get a freakin "hang in there" or something like that. No replies at all. So I feel like I'm not important or something.

I'm sorry, Lexicon..I've been checking the forum most of the afternoon and evening, and sometimes I miss stuff. I don't post a lot of replies, either, especially to posts relating to certain triggers I have. I understand how you feel, and I'm willing to listen if you need to vent. (((((Lexicon)))))

Oh, I am sorry to hear that. I to am experiencing that with my sister.

Here it's sometimes hard to see posts, at least it is for me...there's so many.

We all value you here, and you deserve a "hang in there"......so hang in there...lol.

It's not about anything that's been posted on PC, since everyone here is just great.

It's just that my site's not as active as I'd like it to be. Like with me, I'm the type that will post and reply on a daily basis to just about every post if possible. Maybe I just have to realize that others are not like me or not as active as I am.

I have a habit of thinking no one's interested in me if they don't reply or they really don't care what I'm going through.

Like I posted about being triggered, my views on self-injury, and some relationship stuff. I haven't received much support on those at my site. I'm disappointed, I guess.

The thing I most wanted replies to was about being triggered...it was really scary for me and I just feel alone with it. I don't like to feel alone at all.

Lexi I'm sorry you're feeling overlooked and unsupported. That's a horrible feeling. I just wanted to let you know if I don't reply it's because I don't come here as often as I'd like to. My children are very young and keep me busy. But I'll try to get to your site and post.
I know how demoralising it can be when you need support but you're not getting it.

Thanks for bringing it up as it is something that I need to keep in mind. Please be patient with your site as it will grow as word gets out and people see what a good place it is to be.
