I haven't posted for awhile, but I'm just so frustrated that I don't know where else to go. It's been six months since I attempted suicide, and I've done everything I possibly can to get better. I see a psychiatrist, take the pills he gives me, spill my guts to my therapist, write in my journal, call people when I'm feeling dangerous, blah blah blah. But I don't feel better!!!! How is that possible? Shouldn't I be feeling at least the tiniest bit happier that my attempt failed? I just want to feel better. I know you all understand how that goes. Thanks for the ear (or eyes, I should say).

I guess I can function better than I used to. You know, not having to run out of classes to cry or cut all the time. But it still feels like crap.

I am sorry you are still feeling bad but it does sound like there has been some good proprss. Unfortunately it does take some time to heal. I hope that soon you will see more of t he benefits of your hard work. Please be patient with yourself and take care.
