Sorry you are feeling soooo low right now, Alaskan. I know there's not much to say that can truly comfort and console in that place - at least that's how it is for me when I'm in that place. I can say that I know that there most definitely is a you - but I also know that someone else just saying so isn't enough for us to feel it sometimes.

A friend of mine shared a poem with me today that I would like to share with you - perhaps you might find some comfort, consolation, encouragement, inspiration, or simply empathy in the words. I don't know if I need to have the author's permission to post it here, so I will send it to you in a PM if you don't mind.

Take extra-gentle care of yourself right now. lynn09

((((((( Alaskan! )))))))

Depression is a disease that distorts the present, and the future, AND the past. I believe you're still there even if you cannot sense yourself.
