My depression in the past 6 months has really intensified with many things in my life going wrong. The only reason why I'm even here is because I don't want to hurt my family (the family that gives a damn about me). What little friends I have abandoned me. I feel as though I haven't even reached rock bottom yet because I know there will be that event that pushes me over the edge.

Welcome, Sadeyes3533!

It is good you've reached out to this forum. Is your relationship with your family such that you could talk to one or more of them about how you are really feeling? Does your situation permit calling or talking to a doctor or counselor?

I tried counseling before but I never was comfortable talking about my problems and I had a break down so I just stopped going. My family we've never been the types to talk about our emotions. I hate living like this and being so miserable all the time.
