i dont post here very often , as i know my wife can read what i write. but doesnt seem to be here a lot so here i am.
i have a problem, i have been feeling very low for a few weeks now and alone with that comes to ideas of self harm.
my problem is i have no one irl to talk too, if i tell my wife she will get all upset and i will lose the freedom around the house that i have, (eg going to the shops on my own or being left home alone) .
my cpn took me off his books back in november due to an inprovment.
i dont know what to do .............

Sorry you're feeling so down, therealme. I'm not sure what a "cpn" is, but if you were taken off his books due to an improvement, why can't you get back on his books due to a set-back? And why wouldn't your wife help you do whatever is necessary to improve the quality of your life rather than just limiting your freedom of movement to keep you "safe," I guess?

Life is not a game - it is not a drill - this is the real deal and, for all we know, we may only get one shot at making it what we will to the best of our individual abilities despite our individual limitations. You must advocate for yourself and enlist the aid of others who will advocate further for you. Do all that you can to give yourself the very best chance of having the fulfilling and worthwhile life you desire beyond the status quo. lynn09
