Hello, It is like thet for most of us, I was diagnosed 11 years ago and still struggling with the same symptoms thar tou have. The thing is to learn how to live with them although you get very tired of living like this. There are general things that help you, freinds, exercise, work, etc. You probably know more about that.
Donīt feel lonely, we are here for you.
