I'm losing interest in absolutely everything again. I feel uninspired and can't find the point to anything. Im so sick of this crap. Everytime things feel like they are falling into place something slaps me in the face. I'm tired of laying here....rar! I don't get me at all. And i would love to see a therapist if only my health insurance was not so up in the damn air right now because of my job loss. I haven't received anything about COBRA yet and have no clue how it works and how much it will cost me. I really freaking hate having a bunch of unknowns and have no idea how to go about anything. I have had a lot of days where I just wanna throw, break or burn something. Fed up with stuff.

Hey Trish
 To me, lack of interest is the worst part of depression. I think it defines depression. Completely different to having the blues or feeling down. If you haven't completely lost interest and want to work on one of those unknowns I hope this helps:http://www.dol.gov/dol/topic/health-plans/cobra.htm Hang in there

Yea one of the hr people at work said I should be getting something in the mail about it but i have not seen anything yet and don't see anything on that site about how to sign up. I did hear you get the exact same coverage you had with the the employer you were with.

I just hate waiting and that's what I have to do apparently is wait for this letter than elect continuation of coverage. Damn I miss the days when I had no issues to really worry concerning health coverage.

Same thing happens to me. I think i'm doing OK then BAM! the depression comes front & center, like a slap in the face. I fear the unknowns as well. Anything I can't fix myself when I want to makes me so freaking nervous. Life is all about the unknown and that's why it's so hard for me because I hate not being able to control some things.
I don't get me either
