found this site quite by accident the other day - perhaps things really do happen for a reason- struggling with an extremely bad episode feeling very unconnected to any thing or body. trying to work a little part time which is turning into a major challenge just to show up - but- oh well i'm here for help- made a major cross country move in july and just can't seem to get the mental health foundation i need in order. so far tried 3 (4?) psychs, 3 therapists, and trying to set up a little more daily? support but not having much success. could go on for long time - but won't. any suggestions can be used

Hi and welcome to PC!
The great thing about this place is that if you need to talk to someone, there are a lot of great ppl here that are going through much the same things you are. The one thing I recommend here is to talk..get it out of your system, and let those who have experienced similar things support you. You are NOT alone, by any means. I'll keep you in my thoughts, and if you need to talk, feel free to PM me. ((((wheretogo))))
