Hello & Welcome, Starshine20!

If your situation permits, perhaps you could discuss the whole range of what you are experiencing with a doctor. It would be nice to rule out other possible physical causes of your symptoms.

The following screening questionnaires are not diagnostic, but may point you in useful directions and offer insight:
PsychCentral Depression Quiz
Sanity Score Quiz

Again, welcome! Please keep posting.

You could well be depressed, as the symptoms you describe fit. I agree with Rohag that it would be good if you could have a chat with a doctor and explain a bit more about your situation, feelings etc.

From personal experience, I know that anger (which is currently very bad with me) is a huge part of depression. Saying that, depression is experienced slightly differently by everyone and some aspects / symptoms of the condition are more prevalent with some people than with others.

I wish you all the best, Starshine!

Sorry to hear your family brush it off. My family have this kind of attitude too.

Perhaps you can go see a counsellor, while at the same time seeing a doctor. Like what other said, it may be depression. Or may be thyroid problem? coz thyroid can affect our emotion too.
