It sounds so silly but I don't know what to do today. Clear sign that things are not great for me, but at least ican recognize that.

Things I should do - walk the dogs before it gets too hot
Shower
Laundry
Vacuum house

I just don't know what to do first or even if I feel like doing anyhing. Someone give me some suggestions, please !

I've been there. Usually after I take a shower I feel alot better. That kinda clears the cobwebs out of my head, and I can think better. Or else it tires me out so much, I have to lay down. Either way, you'll probably be able to make up your mind what you want to do. LOL

So my vote is to take a shower. LOL And if you don't want to do ANYTHING -- that's ok too. Just take care of YOU. You're the most important thing right now. God bless. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!

Thanks so much- you are right...I showered and walked the dog, and then I was feeling so good that I vacuumed the house and did dishes. It just gets so overwhelming sometimes, u know?
