This is probobly going to sound crazy. I just really need support/advice. Im never enough for anyone, no guy or anyone ever wants me, I don't have a mom she ****ing left me. And everyone expects me to live like this! I live with my dad, step mom,and step sister. I can't stand to live here anymore. This sounds crazy but I want to live with my T. That's what I want most! Everytime I say I can't live in this house anymore they say theyre going to send me to the psych hospital again. I just want a home home. Someone. I don't know what to do! I know I prob sound crazy.

No, you don't sound crazy. It sounds like your family isn't very understanding about your illness. Naturally, you prefer to live with your therapist because he/she is understanding of your illness, but that's his JOB. He's been TRAINED to be understanding. You understand of course that you cannot live with your therapist as that wouldn't be ethical.

I'm so sorry that your family isn't as understanding as they could be. Is there some way you could ask your step-mom to sit down and talk with you, so you could explain how you feel? Perhaps she just doesn't understand. You two COULD become a lot closer if you had a talk. Why not be the "bigger person" and ask her to "chat" with you for a little while. It might just work out and you could be pleasantly surprised! Give it a try, huh?

Let us know how it works out, will you? God bless & I hope to hear from you. Hugs, Lee

My boyfriend seems depressed to me. I have read many things about it and it's also something my mother and sister were diagnosed with so I'm pretty familiar with it. He's considered that it could be an issue but isn't willing to get help yet. He doesn't talk about much. I ask simple questions and he gets furious. His moods seem to be up and down through out the day. We have four children between the two of us, this is tearing our family apart. I want to be here to help him I'm just not sure how. He's pushed almost everyone away in the last couple months and almost lost his job of 3 years due to his attitude. He's gotten better at work but not at home. How do you help someone that pushes you away? I don't want to loose my family because of this.
