Take some painkillers for the headache, hope your day improves.

Hi sweetie ~ How's the headache? I hope you feel better. I had a headache this morning too, darn it. Must be the herniation in the neck acting up again.

Hope your day goes well -- sending some sunshine your way!

Hugs, Lee

Thanks Lee. Hope your headache is better. Mine's about the same. I've suffered from migraines since I was a child, but nowadays there's no real mystery about why they're happening...it's all the crying. (It's on and off all day.) Anyway, thanks for the sunshine. Actually there's quite a bit of that here today (it's over 100 degrees, ugh), but sunshine from a friend will be better, I'm sure. And thanks for the hugs.....

Thank you so much for asking! It's funny how every act of kindness that comes my way these days feels like a little miracle. I'm not doing so great this morning....lots of tears and sadness, but a friend gave me a recommendation for a kind-hearted counselor a couple of days ago, and I'm just getting ready to call her. I don't have health insurance anymore, so I've been nervous about being able to pay for therapy, but I really need to talk to someone. And how are you??

Headaches are terrible, and I hope that yours has passed. I'm having one of the worst days that I've had in a long time. I do find that reading and replying to these posts has been a bit of a boost for me. Maybe providing replies to people can give you something to focus on other than your headache...and I do hope that you have some A/C. I recall the 100 plus degree days from my years in Fresno, CA. There, it was A/C to the pool, to the shade, to the A/C in the car...the only real respite from the heat was to visit the really high peaks in the Sierras, and even then it was tough to escape the heat.

I do sincerely hope that your day is improving.
