My stomach has been bad for weeks with acid reflux problems but last night it finally got so bad that I actually threw up. No matter what I eat or drink, my stomach reacts like I've eaten a bowl of hot peppers. It is always churning & tying itself in knots.
It is bad enough that I've been so depressed lately but now my body is following suit. I hope I don't have an ulcer or something. I guess I will have to go see the doctor this week. Bleh! ![]() |

Depression is very hard on the body. It takes a physical toll just like the brain does. Have u tried drinking milk, that helps my heartburn. Maybe some tums or pepto bismo, that pink stuff that taste like chalk, lol. Hoping u can find some relief.

A dear old friend of mine swears by fennel to help with reflux. She used to take all kinds of medicine for ulcers...she started eating fennel a couple of times a week; it works. Give it a try.
