Hey mrmag,

I am sure that you have some way to cope - if nothing else works, skip that counting to 10...anyone can do that...do the counting from the mini-mental status exams, which is count backwards from 100 by 7's...takes concentration, and just might distract you enough from the urge to be cutting...and I think you gave me an insightful reply in one post, so I'll try to return the favor...If you think you just can't stop cutting, consider this: it was you that started it, so you can stop it too...I'm not saying that your feelings will stop being painful, but please cope as best you can and don't add injury to insult.

Have a better day...and cope by taking a walk, looking at the sun, or just do something that you find safe enjoyment in.
