I am feeling depressed and I have no one to talk with. I am not able to talk to anyone in my family, and I really don't have any friends. I have talked with my therapist but I only see her for an hour every other week. I just don't know what to do.

Can you join a church or a community group? Have you thought of going on the chat here online? That might be a good start. Hugs Hun

If, with your depression, you have the desire to talk, then one hour every other week isn't enough. Though not the same as talking with a flesh-and-blood person, I know some people journal or blog as an outlet. Posting is another option. You could even take bits and pieces of what you've written and use them in your next session with the therapist.
