But it very well may NOT too. Trust your therapist. It may not be as bad as you think. Try not to worry so much about it. The more we worry, the sicker we get. And worry never made anything better anyway.

And what IF it landed you in the hospital? That CAN'T be the worst thing that could happen, could it? I can think of a LOT worse things than that! Chances are it won't happen anyway, so just don't think about it.

It is the worst thing in my world especially when i have been hosp 4 times this yr already.

I see your point: going to the hospital hasn't been successful in keeping you out of the hospital. I wonder if it's time for a different approach. Is your pdoc the kind of person willing to adjust methods?
