Had my second great session with my new counselor. Wow it's so nice to see some kind of perspective on things. Can't believe how much better I feel after seeing her. She is also a licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Monday we're going to do something with that. I've never done that before, and am looking forward to it.....

I'm jealous! I hope to find a T like that! Unfortunately, the line ups for T like that is like a year wait up here in Canada!

Wow that's amazing....I never would have thought of that. Maybe I can relate a little bit, because I live in a very rural area of California, and although there are a few therapists ~counselors in my little town, frankly I've been to a couple that really didn't work for me. That's why I'm so happy to finally have found one where we just clicked. I hope you are eventually able to connect with someone great....

Actually I don't have insurance either, so I won't be able to go indefinitely. Have you ever tried to see if a counselor ~therapist might be available through your county's Mental Health (Health and Human Services Department)? They often offer counseling at a reduced rate. Or if you're in school, through them? Just some ideas. Best of luck to you.....
