I'm soooo drained after this attack. One of my worst attacks ever... Haven't had one for a long time.
Everything just came out. BOOM! I was on the phone at the time... Cried so hard, couldn't breathe, felt like I was going to vomit and faint. My hubby had to give me an Atarax to calm things.... Now I've slept for 2 hours....
I've bottled up the pain, caused by everything that is going on around me right now... I feel so weak now!

Nina -

Good old repressed feelings. I think I'm dealing with some of those today too.

Hugs and love,

EJ

I am so sorry you had to go through that. You are not weak, but I certainly understand why you feel that way.

You write to release - and you do it so well - but please remember that you are more than welcome to write to me absolutely any time, ok?

Love and hugs Nina!

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

Hi Poetry Lover,

Yes, the sleep comes after the attack. We bend but we don't break.

Peaceful thoughts, Myzen

These words might seem trite, but are heart felt: I am so sorry you had to endure that! Anxiety can be so wicked and so confusing and unsettling. Sleep was proboblly a great thing to help you at the time and I'm glad your husband was there and knew what to do to help you. Having someone with such support so close to you is one of the best medicines you could have.

I hope things have settled for you a bit since then.

Hugs (if that's okay)
SongBird
