Why does all this have to be happening at once? The worst part is I'm unemployed, waiting to see if I can get SSDI - probably will be denied, but will working at all make it even less likely that I'll get it? I am afraid to work, too anxious and depressed even with all the meds I'm taking. The house is so cluttered and dirty I can't imagine how I'll get packed and moved and extricated from my husband's stuff, but it has to be done. I don't expect anyone to reply to this post, I know it doesn't make much sense, but I can't get through the days.

Hi robeff....So sorry about all you're going through, it certainly sounds like you're dealing with a lot. I wish I could help more, but I do have one suggestion regarding SSDI and whether the fact that you're working will affect your chances of qualifying for it. Why don't you just call them and ask about this without identifying yourself. I'm sure their department gets calls like that all the time from people who are just gathering information. (And btw I have made calls like that myself many times.) Sending warm thoughts your way, and I hope you will post again to let us know how you're doing.....

Hi dear Robeff ~ Bless your heart, you've got your hands full, don't you!
Are you divorcing your hubby? It sounds like it. I think it would be best NOT to work until you find out differently.

I know it's hard packing up alone, and you must be at your wits end. Please keep us posted, ok? God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee

everything does seem to happen at once!! just makes you feel overwhelmed. try to take a little bit at a time. do it for yourself, whatever small thing you can accomplish will ease the road later. rest in between and God Bless, you are not alone
