I'm so sorry you're hurting so. I know how awful depression can be. How are people hurting you? Have you been depressed very long? Are you seeing a therapist?
If your depression has been ongoing for some time, you should probably be seeing a therapist so you can get to the root of this depression. It is coming from somewhere --- perhaps from something in the past, or something that is ongoing right now. But whatever it is, you need to talk to someone about it. Thank you lee. I am just so hurt when people throw me away, like im nothing. When I start to get some self-esteem, I get shot down and have to try to start all over again. I don't know why Im never good enough.
