Hi all. I have been reading so many posts about people not wanting to do anything but sit or lay around in the house all day. I to have felt that way lately. I am lucky i have a good job that i like and have been there a long time so that at least gets me out of the house all week. That being said most of the rest of the time i am not very active and not very happy. It is hard to try and shake this when you don't feel much joy you don't get much joy doing anything. BUT TODAY LETS ALL JUST TRY DOING ONE THING FOR OURSELF WITH OR WITHOUT SOMEONE ELSE AND SEE IF IT CAN MAKE EVEN ONE OF US SMILE EVEN IF IT IS ONLY FOR TODAY !!
Thanks for this!

Thank you. I was thinking about trying to get up and about, and maybe this was just the positive, yet kick in the pants-ness that I needed...I am sitting in a chair now rather than lying in my dark room....Thanks!

Yes, thank you for this thread.
Yesterday, I bought myself flowers - a mixed bunch, which is on my coffee table, and some beautiful light pink roses for the dining table.
Flowers at home make me happier. I love them.
