I haven't slept in days yet I lay in bed all day and stare at my wall. I've pulled two allnighters straight. I feel tired all the time, but the less active I am physically, the more active my thoughts are. There's no peace and quiet in my head EVER. And on top of that, I'm having auditory hallucinations again. It's so noisy. My next appointment with my shrink isn't til Sept, but I'm debating whether I should just wait it out and deal or get an emergency appointment with her. Ugg.. I'm irritable, tired and drained. I don't know what to do.

Maybe an emergency session is in order, as you mentioned you were thinking about. I am sorry you are having an awful time of it right now. I hope you are able to find peace...

Sorry you're feeling so bad. It sounds like you should get into your doctors soon.
