Well, when things start to get going in the right direction, the negative thoughts that are laying in wait come out and ambush you. That is where I am today for no apparent reason. Just venting. I need a break...

Get rid of them quickly! My husband used to tell me to ask myself : "What's the worst that could happen?" And usually it was something that wasn't THAT bad. lol So I fretted for nothing, basically.
