Feeling better, what does this mean? Living with severe depression for years and now I am feeling better. Is this a false positive? Has depression finally let up or is depression setting me up for a huge fall? I don't know, but I am going to take these feelings and get as much done as I can. I am so far behind in life I know that I can never catch up but I might get a dent in it.

I know what you mean. To be honest, I have no idea what "recovery" means. I guess it is different for everyone... I wish I could offer some advice or something but I am afraid I in a similar boat as you

Hey ! I can relate... I am still not sure what does 'feeling better' mean?? Is it that after days of crying, a smile ... or is it after being depressed for years, a joyful moment...
It's hard to think about 'recovery' ![]()
