So sorry you're hurting. Isn't it just the worst feeling when the crappy thoughts and feelings swoop in and take over again? Sigh. I know that feeling too lately. Hope some comfort comes your way as soon as possible.....
Thanks for this!

Bless your heart. I'm so sorry you're feeling so badly. I can certainly remember feeling like that -- I seldom do now, but there are times when I feel kind of "icky."

Are you on an antidepressant? If not, what about talking to your doctor about one? I know that alot of people don't want to take them because they're afraid of the side effects, but believe me, there are some that don't have severe side effects. In fact, I'm not having ANY side effects at ALL. I'm taking Cymbalta 60mg twice a day, and there are no side effects of any kind. And the Cymbalta works great for depresion! I was amazed at how FAST it worked too because most antidepressants take about 6 weeks to begin working. This one took between 2 to 3 weeks to work! I was very surprised!

So ask your doctor about it. Perhaps you should be on an antidepressant too! I wish you the very best. Please keep us posted on how you're doing,. ok? I hope you start feeling better SOON. Take care and God bless. Hugs, Lee

Yes I am on antidepressants, multiple meds to be exact. I have treatment resistant depression. I see a Pdoc and a T on a regular bases but some days are just "sigh".
