one year ago i lost my first love... she died with horrible death.. and i can't deal with her death :sad2: sometimes i think she sits right next to me... i think that she wants me to join her :(

most of my time i spend alone sometimes looking at her picture... it feels so bad that i started self harming... i started smoking and thinking of suicide...

some nights i just sit there looking at my tears drop on the flour... i can't control it its too much...

lost of love one must be hard, iam so sorry for your loss

you still alive, you need to let go and move one with your life , she must be sad seeing you in so much pain like right now, Keep her safe and warm in your heart till you one day meet again

and maybe seeing Counselor might help you to find a way to cope with your loss

i wish u the best ..hugs

Depressive disorders is mostly curable and it is value your while to search for help. Without therapy, it can proceed for a while. When you tell your physician that you experience like this, he or she will examine that you do not have any other sickness. There are a variety of other circumstances which can existing with very identical signs. He or she may recommend an anti-depressant. It is a wise decision to also see a psycho therapist as there are therapy techniques, mainly cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based psychotherapy which work for depression and avoiding upcoming periods.
