Don't know what to say really, just feeling very low and anxious today. Think its a culmination of many things - 2012 has been a shite year! Lots of loss
Not usually too bothered by loneliness - but too much time alone isn't good I guess. I had an upsetting pm this morning too, maybe I've been bothered by that. Oh well....

Gabby, I'm so sorry that you are hurting. I know that sometimes things just seem to pile up on us and it's very hard to recover from them. Are you on any meds? If not maybe you should see your doctor. If you are then maybe they need to be adjusted. No matter what, I'm here for you. Feel free to pm me if you want or need someone to talk to.
Thanks for this!

Hi Gabby ~ Bless your heart -- Have you ever been in therapy? Is there any chance you COULD? It would be a good idea if you could talk to your doctor about getting a referral to a good therapist. It sounds like you have some issues that just haven't been addressed.

If you can't go to a therapist, then I agree 100% with jelly-bean that if you aren't on meds, talk to your doctor about gettiing on an antidepressant. If you are on meds, then maybe the meds need to be adjusted -- the dosage might need to be increased. So talk to your doc. I'm sure he'll do it for you if you explaiin in detail how you're feeling. Best of luck and God bless. And PLEASE let us know what happens, ok? Hugs, Lee

Thank you jelly-bean
I have been on meds for a long time - reviewed recently, and he wouldn't increase due to bnf guidelines. On Citalopram, and Mirtazapine.
I'll probably feel better tomorrow, thanks for being there

I hope you will feel better soon Gabby!! I can relate to how it feels, if only one problem then it wouldn't bother you much, but when they piling up, it become too much before we know it and hit us hard. I'm glad you are going to therapy and taking meds, hope you feel better today and the up coming days!! Do something to cheer yourself up, buy chocolate/ice-cream even if you are on diet
Thanks for this!

Hi Gabby!

Every once in a while people do get bad days :3 Even me, I get too stressed out at work (even if I don't do much, or maybe I'm down because I don't get to do much) that I feel like when I'm home, the world will end.

Try to think of things that make you happy, and find time to do them every once in a while.
Thanks for this!

Hi Gabby, sorry you are feeling so down today. I just wanted to say I know how you feel and I know it sucks. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you and things start looking up soon. As far as the upsetting pm...I know it is hard to ignore but try to. Remind yourself that it probably was more about that person and not you.
Thanks for this!
