I realized today that I've been kind of unintentionally starving myself. My bf has said I've been losing weight, but not alarmingly.. I was working out for a while so he thought that was the cause, but I haven't worked out in a couple weeks.

I thought hard about it this morning and realized that I've only been having maybe one (not very balanced) meal a day, and a couple mini cupcakes at work sometimes. I'm getting concerned..

I just kind of forget sometimes

Lack of appetite could certainly be a symptom of depression. As well as other issues with eating I think... That is what I have experienced and heard.

I hope this gets better for you. Thanks for posting.

It is. For me it is anyway. Not so much forgetting to eat as just not having much appetite. If your problem is forgetting then maybe some type of reminder would help. If it's lack of appetite then a schedule or reminder might still be helpful... at least have some yoghurt or something that's easy and has some nutritional value. Take care

Haha I hadn't realized that.... Must have been some malfunction from posting on my phone. I wondered why when I looked to see if anyone had replied, sometimes I saw certain responses and sometimes I saw others. I was a bit confused. Mystery solved!

I agree with everyone's responses. It's very common to forget. I know I did. It went on long enough that people thought I had an eating disorder. Does your boyfriend know that you forget to eat? Maybe he can help to remind you.
