So I made some positive changes in my life,

Bought a condo,
Joined a Gym,
Hired a Trainer,
3 weeks till hockey starts,

I am losing weight getting in shape.

today I seen my ex with her new BF at work, I lost my head just was angry for the rest of the day, could not focus, like a rage that sits in the pit of your stomach,

When I see couples in public happy I get a similar feeling, of envy and anger that I cannot feel that or be remotely happy.

All these changes and still I feel inadequate and worthless.

When a relationship ends, it doesn't just "end.". Sometimes it takes years to recover. Don't feel bad you have these feelings. It might help to write down why you feel angry and what you would like in a future partner and what type of person you would like to meet.
