This worries me. I know you don't want to see any more doctors, but these symptoms - coughing, wheezing, trouble breathing, chest distress - could easily be signs of something serious.

How are you doing now, Dontfeellikeme?

Hi. Your coughing is a sign of something serious going on. You really need to see a doctor even if you don't want to. If you need to wait til morning, prop several pillows behind your back so that you are reclining a bit instead of lying down flat. This position will allow you to breathe better and maybe help quiet the coughing a little. It's often done in the hospital for patients with breathing or heart problems. Please try it and see if it helps.

I'll see If it gets better this week then I'll go to my gp. I'm guessing my asthma may have come back. Had no probs with it for over a year and kinda presumed I didnt need to worry about inhalers etc anymore. Thanks guys x

I hope you start to feel better. It's bad enough to have emotional pain let alone emotional and physical pain or difficulties. I hope you can get some sleep, you must be tired!
Thanks for this!

Still can't switch off. I don't want to just exist like this. Trying. Going thru the motions and it hurts more. Why can't I stop this
