Today is my birthday, my wish is to let go of anger, hurt, resentment, fear, lust, and all other negative feelings. I hope today will be the turning point in my life that I begin to live again, that I become the person I remember being. I've hung onto negative memories and emotions too long and I'm ready to claim my life back. I know I will have ups and downs but I hope today is the first day of the rest of my life.
I hope everyone in the world, just for a few seconds even, finds something to lighten their spirits, and if someone is in a great place right now mentally, I hope they share the positive engergy.

I'm not in a great place mentally this morning, but your message has lifted my spirits a little bit.

What a great message for all of us. If all of us could try to get rid of all of our Character Defects, we would be in much better shape! I'd like to thank you for your post And......................
