I threw out over 200 pills that I had lying around the house. I thought it would make me feel better but instead I feel more anxious. I feel like I got rid of my way out and am now stuck.

Throwing out the pills took courage. Anxiety passes. You'll be okay. Hold on...

Good for you. I totally understand....there goes plan B. It's like telling someone about a plan, it takes it away as an option it seems.

I had a massive clearout in the summer. I kept a pack of Prozac though, I don't really know why except I had been on it so long it seemed like an old friend. You did well.

I agree it took courage to get rid of the pills. I suppose now it is time to find some other coping mechanism? Hugs and best wishes.
