So Ive been pretty much sitting in my house since September. The thing that gets me is I stopped crying so much sitting here. Then when i get the urge to be motivated or start thinking i can move forward and really get somewhere, i feel like i can be happy. Then when it comes time to move or if i do move like the four times i did actually leave the house, i crash so freaking hard and cry until i cant take it anymore.

I can relate. I have no motivation for much, and if I do, I crash hard too. I don't know what to do about this unfortunately.

Motivation? What's "motivation?"
OK, I'm being facetious, but, yeah...

Have you been able to discuss this recurring reaction with a therapist, Triciadrich?
