The past two weeks have been crummy for me, because the last person whom I considered to be my friend has stopped talking to me and it sucks. Others in my support group have told me to concentrate on myself and stay strong. For the past couple of months, I have had back pain and headache almost every day and my sleep pattern is all messed up.
Sometimes it hurts so much, but I have made it this far. |

If it helps any, I understand at least some of how you feel. At least you had a friend, I've never had a real friend in my life. I'm always by myself, in my room. I know how depression can make you feel some physical pains. I've also never had a good sleep pattern, and it doesn't help any that I work the night shift now and there's no possible way for me to get a different shift.

I feel a bit better today, just so tired from the lack of sleep. I talked to my Md and my Therapist. My therapist stated that for some people having backpains and headaches are a product of depression, did not know this but it helps a little.
