I find it difficult to get my feelings out and really relieve some symptoms of depression through the posts on here, and I am finding it difficult to bring myself to a therapist, I'm very non confrontational, I'm antisocial and am afraid of the one on one discussions.. I know online support groups aren't the most helpful, but I think it would be if I was able to connect with you all in single one on one messages where we can talk to each other and relate in our own ways. Feel free to comment on this and I will write you a message or you can just go ahead and write me.. i am looking forward to hearing from ANY and ALL of you..

Hi ~ I've always been pretty non-confrontational too, until I got older
![]() ![]() ![]() So I know what you mean. I find it hard to be social, or to face confrontation, which I avoid at all costs. And as far as one on one conversations, if I don't KNOW the person, forget it. I don't have a CLUE how to talk to people. I sure understand sweetie. Take care. Hugs, Lee ![]()

Hey, I find online groups to be helpful at times. I have never be a social bug, so online works good when I need to talk to someone about whats on my mind. I am always looking to have closed chats with. Hit me up if you ever just want to talk about what's on your mind.

I would like to communicate with you about our depression and feelings. It takes a miracle to get me out of the house, and I have to really brace myself just to walk three blocks to get groceries.
