jer2911, thank you. What you suggest is exactly what I need to do. I am supposed to start participating in a Psycho-Social Rehab program in January. I hope that helps me to get out of my apartment and not be alone so much.
It would be good to volunteer for something, or take a class somewhere. I've gotten so despondent that I fear trying those things. |

The best of luck w/ this program I hope it does help. I had no idea things were this bad. I mostly stick to the how are you doing/feeling today threads other wise I end up staying on the computer for hours, then it's 4am! But I'm missing so much when I just stick to those threads, I wish there was some way to find a balance between the two.

Thanks, Sidestepper, it has been rough. Coming back to PC has helped. Nice friends like you help. It is hard to find balance. I feel like I would like to check any threads that my friends start. However, it's hard to keep on top of all that I wish I could be on top of. I'm very grateful to those who read the threads that I start. I've been fragile and needy. When I'm stronger, I will try to give back.
