I slept 2 hours. Got up at 1 and watched tv. I've lost patience with myself yet trying to be kind to self. So much is swirling around in my head and I'm doing a good job of not letting it control me and at the same time I feel depressed but with a numbness to it. Hoping..... hoping for the energy and joy of life.

I'm sorry you're going through this, and from your other posts, I'm sure the lack of sleep isn't helping. I wish I knew how to help you get some sleep, but it's all I can do to get to sleep myself...........

Hang in there. Once you get a few hours of deep, restful sleep, things will look up.
Thanks for this!

Better day even with little sleep. Saw a movie with my daughter too, Argo. Very good. Lots of "f" words but the story is incredible.
