So I've been thinking a lot over the past few months, sbout the future and if im feeling depressed these days at 24 what happens at 44!? Will it be worse less of a social life would destroy me. Going out is what cheers me up, sitting watching t.v scares me.
Secondly does anyone here reminisce about the old days like when you were 16/17 all your mates having a laugh? I feel sad that It's all different now. Is reminiscing dangerous when you suffer with depression? Dan

Sometimes reminiscing can be dangerous. We sometimes are so obsessed with our past we forget to live for our future. I think of good times often. When I was younger skinnier and got attention from guys. But you know what? I can get there again! And you can get to a place where you are having good time with friends again. If thinking about the past brings you down, try to think of all the good times yet to come in your future if you can
