I see my new prescriber tomorrow for the 2nd time and we will revisit my new meds. One of the 1st things she will ask me is about my mood. What is considered good enough to not be changing or altering meds? I think I may say I'm a 5 but to me that isn't good enough but to her it may be great since a week ago I was at a 2. I don't like this scale system because I'm up and down and all around and to have to put a number on it is annoying.

Mood will not be in stable, it keeps on changing according to the situations; so I cannot point out to a number!!

I have trouble saying 1 or 2, along with 9 or 10. So, I would say 3 for now along with passive suicidal thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear of such low moods. I'm also sorry I wasn't able to be back here sooner after I posted the question. Hoping things are a bit better at this time.

I'm about a 4 right now, going down to a 3 on occasions throughout the day.

Good thread, thanks.

I'd say I'm a 6 or so tonight...

at first thought wanted to say 1 but on second thought make that a three. But ...that is today. Tomorrow may be a ten.

About -50, damn alcohol for wearing off, it had made me feel a little better but what goes up must come down I guess. Now I just can't quit thinking of reasons why I should kill myself or ways I could potentially go about it.

And I feel like a f*** up for eating my klonopin like its candy, think I need a higher dosage anyways but yeah trying to not depend on alcohol or cannabis to control my symptoms via prescription meds, since its too hard to afford enough cannabis and or alcohol to keep me going. But then getting a high enough dosage and refills on time can be a real pain in the ***.
