Its been happening for a year now, but I only realized that it was depression about a month ago.
I did have depressive thoughts during the daytime before this night time version came along, and it feels different than that.
the daytime depression was existential depression, and I am over that now thankfully. But this night time depression...it keeps me awake litteraly smacking my hands against the tiles. It hurts sometimes, other times I feel...nothing, like im in a bubble of jello.
I am content during the day, albeit having a serious personality, heavy-weighted aura, but not depressed. I just get depressed at night. Every night. I can't sleep until 1-2 am most nights. If it is bad, i go all night till sunrise ..no sleep. Its starting to affect my college.

Help?
I don't know what to do...

You should talk to a doctor and get your vitamin D/thyroid levels tested before you see a pdoc, if you're not currently seeing one.

Something like this happens to me occasionally. My doctor said sunlight can effect moods.

Did the vitamin D and thyroid tests not too long ago for a checkup for other medical issues... Normal.
I kinda wanna avoid pdrs. Because I don't want my parents to know.
