I constantly feel like that. I feel like the pressure of society is something I can't live up to. Then I remind myself I'm judging myself by standards that *don't exist*. It's not what you think of me and what I think of you, it's what I think you think of me and what you think I think of you that makes up opinions ;-) What's going on with you today?

Also, I want to say, I understand how much it sucks to start crying at work. I lost it at my favorite job once because my favorite coworker called me an a-hole for not getting something. It's happened to me at every job I've had, it gets crazy stressful. My 74-year-old boss sat me down once and tried to figure out what was going on with me, he was so awkward, it was horrible. You haven't done anything wrong by being sensitive, this is a stressful planet.

You are not a loser!
I know its hard but you can't give in to those negative thoughts. Trust me, I feel like a loser too. If I let myself (and I have) dwell on negative stuff too long then I find myself terribly sad and depressed.
Chin up, deep breath, shake it off.
Now excuse me while I go practice what I preach! LOL

I often feel that way a lot too. I know it sucks to feel that way. A friend of mine told me once-"Feelings aren't facts."
