I feel like I am all over tha place lately. I am up one minute and down the next, well not quite that bad, but day to day my life is a rollercoaster and I just want it to stop. I a totally exhausted and just want to rest. I am mentally exhausted and physically fighting pain, and the emotional strain is making it that much more of a problem.

Any ways I guess I would like to know what soe of you think. My insurance company is trying to settle out my car accident from Nov. 2004,(they are claiming it has been 2 years-I don't know how thye count!) Any ways they are saying that most people are not still seeing a chiropractor this long after an accident. I was wondering what you guys think. Am I in the right to be still seeing a chiro for the pain that I am in?

Let me know your thoughts,
Thanks,
Dar

Insurance companies don't care about your wellbeing. They just care about the bottom line: money. So they are always going to limit benefits paid out to their members, regardless of what their members actually need.
Sorry about the rollercoaster. It's a horrible feeling, isn't it? ? You just want things to be calm for a while so you can catch your breath. I can so relate to that.
Good luck with your insurance company.

Insurance companies are not medical doctors...though they pretend they know everything. Two years is a common interval for them to complain (that and as $10,000) Make sure your chiro knows that they are rattling your cage again. Be firm with them, in writing. Keep copies of everything, organized as best you can. If you don't have an attorney, get one...but don't plan on settling medical until you find you can work without pain. Trust me, I know these things. ?

Well it has been a while since I posted this, but things have been so crazy....I have to see an independent medical doctor as a result of the mess with my insurance company and chiropractor not submitting notes. Well I am not sure this makes any sence right now....I am in a fog at the moment...but if this is confusing I will try to explain soon....

I hate insurance companies. I hope you get your insurance company straightened out. You know better than anyone else what you need. Keep that in mind and see the independent doctor. Good luck!

GRRRRRRR! I know it has been a long time, but I hate ins companies with a passion right now. The independant med dr I had to see couldn't even get FACTS right! I am soo irritated. Still trying to decide if I am going to fight them on the inaccuracies!
