They say talk about it. They say It does help talking about it.

But to be plainly honest here, I'm not sure about this one. When you talk about it and people turns their back on you, it hurts even more. It surely doesn't help.

I'm so sorry this had to happen.

In my experience sometimes talking helps and sometimes it doesnt.

Try to hang in there.

Sometimes talking hurts me when it is obvious I am not being listened to.

I am sorry you were hurt. (((Time)))

As I have an Avoidant Personality Disorder, it takes a lot in me to talk about myself. When I do, I always feel I don't have the right too and that I'm doing something wrong.

If I feel rejected I will close up automatically. Closing up for me is a normal thing to do as normal as it is to breath. I was raised this way. Closing up is not good and I wish sometime it wasn't that easy for me to do.

Oh well ...

Thank you!

I really don't want to sound trite, as I realise that this is something you feel deeply, but I just wanted you to know that you have every right to, especially here, and you are not doing anything wrong.

I know these are just words, but I really do mean them.

Hugs

HI,
I happened upon your post, and you sound so sad. We all have days like that, some more than others. I saw this piece on the news about self esteem and depression, (I actually ordered it for my daughter. )The web site is www.connectwithkids.com. The title was ,I think "Self Esteem" They let you see a preview of it first then you can order if you want. I hope this helps a little!
