I am afraid to talk with my family about depression or to take me to a doctor plz help!!1

i'm here. how can i help you> talk to me........i'm a single woman, living with my animals and i suffer from depression a lot. my DX is bipolarII.

how old are you? i'm 63.......and i live in Oklahoma.

I suffer from major depression, post traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, dissociative disorder, borderline personality disorder, panic attacks, and I'm a cutter of 15 years.
